Returns are simple. Exchanges are Painless.

 

VANCHI Product Guarantee

We take great pride in the quality craftsmanship of each and every product we make. That’s why we’re willing to offer a 100% manufactures guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase.

VANCHI checks all products before they are dispatched for faults or damage, however in the unklikely event that a fault or damage is overlooked, please contact us. We’ll be glad to help in any way we can.

Please note this guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of the materials over extended time and use. All products will be evaluated by VANCHI and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

*Please keep your proof of purchase as returns or exchanges without this will be at the discretion of VANCHI.

 

How to arrange an exchange or return- 

At VANCHI we love a happy customer so we make returns or exchanges simple and easy! 

 

VANCHI Website Purchases -

Refunds and Exchanges - For all VANCHI Website purchases, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging. Contact VANCHI Customer care at info@vanchi.com.au or (03) 9720 1622 and we will advise you on return/exchange instructions.

Repairs/Warranty Claims - Contact VANCHI Customer care at info@vanchi.com.au or (03) 9720 1622 and we will advise you on return/exchange instructions.

VANCHI In-store purchases

Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the stores terms and conditions. Please contact your retailer directly to make arrangements.

Please Note - All goods will be inspected on return. Any item deemed “used” will be ineligible for exchange or return. Pending inspection, it is VANCHI’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange/return provided.  

 

What will happen next?

Whilst we make every effort to get back to you on the same day, as we are a family business please allow up to 48 hours for a response. A VANCHI customer care team member will be in contact with you within this time frame to make personalized arrangements.

 

Shipping terms 

As a small family run business, we do not currently offer a free returns service. For all change of mind returns/exchanges, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. VANCHI recommend contacting your local post office and selecting insured registered post as we are not liable for any lost return parcels.

Shipping time frame is based on processing time, plus shipping time. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process an order and 1-7 business days from the date they were shipped to arrive.
