Other Shipping Information

  • All orders within Australia will be delivered via Australia post from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC. For orders received on business days prior to midday, we aim to ship the same day. Orders received after midday will be sent the following business day. We require signature on delivery to avoid lost or stolen goods. 
  • We can also deliver to a PO BOX. 
  • Some countries may charge customs clearance charges - you will need to check with your local customs to ask whether your order will attract additional charges. 
  • While VANCHI endeavors to get your order to you as fast as possible, the delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.   
  • Please note, we select signature on all shipments to avoid deliveries to incorrect locations or parcels going missing once delivered. If you decide to change the delivery instructions to 'leave in a safe place' via Australia Post, we are not responsible if something goes wrong with your delivery.
